By adding the iOPS gateway to any of the machines in the factory, data can continuously be collected and securely uploaded to the iOPS cloud service for analysis. Monitor and analyze tray sealing with ProVision
For the Proseal’s GTe and GTs range of tray sealing machines we have developed the new Proseal ProVision™ system. Using cutting edge technology, the web-based analysis platform has been developed to help identify and understand the causes of downtime and other inefficiencies, in order to maximize the production capacity of the tray sealer and increase overall equipment effectiveness. Importantly, ProVision can also be easily integrated with existing 3rd party equipment to accurately deliver information and drive improvements throughout the whole production line.
