JBT Research Technology Center for Fruit and Vegetable Primary Processing

The Research and Technology Center in Murcia (Spain) is dedicated to the primary processing of fruit and vegetables. From the fruit reception to final product refining, we are able to simulate all the processing steps of an actual pure and juices production line.

The center is equipped with:

Fresh’n Squeeze^® Multi-Fruit Juicer (MFJ)

The primary objective is to assist our customers to optimize their process, train their personnel and help them to develop new products.

Thanks to this new laboratory, JBT is able to perform trials using various processing technologies to assist customers in the development and analyses of fruit and vegetable processing systems.
