Our GP-Series Giblet Pumps are flapper-type pumps ideally suited to giblet and paw processing. They can be used in existing systems or as part of a complete system from JBT Prime. The pump is adjustable for strokes per minute and flow, ideally suiting multiple applications.

- Product Pumping Capacity
- As a general rule, the following will apply:
- Hearts: 12,000 to 15,000 per hour
- Livers: 9,000 to 12,000 per hour
- Gizzards: 9,000 to 12,000 per hour
- Necks: 6,000 to 8,000 per hour
- Water Requirements
- Tap water may be used when pumping to conventional Giblet Chillers. Although the amount of water required can vary, the following can be used as an average:
- Hearts: 2 GPM
- Livers: 2-3 GPM
- Gizzards: 2-3 GPM
- Necks: 2-4 GPM
- Rule of thumb ratio for water to product: 2:1
- Air Requirements
- Air pressure is used to adjust the strokes per minute to accommodate movement of product to your specific needs.
- Pressure: 75-100 PSI
- Volume: 0.5 to 1.5 CFM
- Connection: 1/2”
