We designed the Stein JSP Jet Stream Surface Pasteurization System to produce a pathogen-free product surface without altering its raw-like nature and appearance. It is the ideal system for low moisture applications including all nut varieties. The conveyorized JSP system is a fully automatic continuous process that delivers a reliable, repeatable, consistent five log reduction of Salmonella Enteritidis PT 30. It is a high temperature, short dwell time pasteurization that features gentle handling with no product surface damage. The Stein JSP-1 Jet Stream Pasteurizer uses powerful condensation heat transfer along with high velocity impingement to achieve the desired product attributes and a high capacity.
