Gender Equality

Gender diversity is defined as the equitable or fair representation of people of different genders. It most commonly refers to an equitable ratio of men and women but may also include people of non-binary genders.  Gender diversity in a workplace means that men and women are hired at a similar and consistent rate, are paid equally and are given the same working opportunities with the same promotional opportunities. Ensuring gender equality is paramount to ensuring a fair and inclusive culture.
